Peraton is seeking a skilled Process Engineer to join their IT Service Management (ITSM) team. The role involves analyzing, designing, and optimizing IT service processes, improving workflows, identifying bottlenecks, and driving continuous improvement. Requirements
- TS/SCI with Polygraph level clearance (requires degree)
- BA/BS and 12+ years of experience
- Strong knowledge of ITIL principles
- Experience in process mapping, documentation, and process optimization
- Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy)
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication skills
- Experience in process automation
- Project management experience (preferred)
