We are seeking an experienced and proactive Senior Tech Support Engineer to join our team. In this role, you will provide advanced technical support for complex issues that require deep troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and collaboration with development and operations, customer support teams.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience with at least 3+ years in an Tech support.
  • Strong experience in troubleshooting complex application, system, or network issues.
  • Experience in C#,.NET Core/.NET Framework.
  • Familiarity with ticketing and incident management systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Salesforce, Jira).
