This role is a key position for a Senior Product Success Manager within the ITSM team at ServiceNow. The CSM will focus on engaging customers to enhance product adoption, drive value realization, and manage renewals. They will collaborate with both internal product and engineering teams to improve features and usability, and champion customer success initiatives. The CSM will also contribute to knowledge development and be part of a team working on new product introductions.
Requirements
- Experience integrating AI into work processes.
- 10+ years of work experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator certification (preferred).
- Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and independent work ability.
