The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and technically proficient with a strong customer-centric approach.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience with a minimum of 5 years in a technical or techno-functional customer-facing role delivering ServiceNow ITSM implementations.

  • Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge.
