Requirements

  • 10+ years of work experience with ServiceNow ITSM implementations for large organizations.
  • 5+ years in a technical or techno-functional customer-facing role delivering ServiceNow ITSM implementations.
  • Strong ServiceNow platform knowledge and technical troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 20-30% travel required
