This is a long-term B2B contract position for a Senior Production Support Specialist in Malaga, Spain. The role requires experience with web applications, service request management, and trade/supply chain finance products, preferably using Agile methodologies and with experience with Jira and SQL. The position involves leading cross-functional teams and projects.
Requirements
- +4 years’ experience in maintenance of web applications based on Java
- +2 years’ experience of Service Request Manager role
- +1 years’ experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance
- ITIL or similar service management methodology certification (ServiceNow)
- Advanced knowledge of web technologies, monitoring tools, and performance analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
- User level knowledge JIRA, Confluence and Microsoft Teams tools
- Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
- Highly fluent in English
