Senior Production Support

This is a long-term B2B contract position for a Senior Production Support Engineer. The role requires 4+ years of experience in maintaining web applications, preferably using Agile methodologies, alongside 2+ years of experience in Service Request Management and Trade & Supply Chain Finance products. Candidates should be proficient in English and possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• +4 years’ experience in maintenance of web applications based on Java, ideally on Agile methodologies
• +2 years' experience of Service Request Manager role
• +1 years’ experience in Trade & Supply Chain Finance products, on Confirming product
• Certification in ITIL or a similar service management methodology (ServiceNow)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Agile frameworks (Scrum and Kanban)
• User level knowledge JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Teams tools
• Knowledge of relational databases (SQL)
• Highly fluent in English
