Senior Program Manager - Cybersecurity

We are looking for a highly experienced Program Manager to oversee a portfolio of complex Cybersecurity projects within a large-scale enterprise environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring program oversight, governance, vendor coordination, and executive reporting of multiple concurrent initiatives.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, and program management.
• Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, Business Administration, or related field.
• Certifications (preferred): PMP, PgMP, CISSP, CISM, CISA, or equivalent.
• 10+ years of experience in IT program/project management, with at least 5 years focused on cybersecurity initiatives.
• Proven track record of managing large-scale, cross-functional programs in enterprise environments.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity frameworks, risk management, and compliance standards.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow).
