The Program Manager will also be responsible for developing key performance metrics, preparing executive reports, and conducting post-investigation debriefings.
Requirements
- 6 years of experience in program and project management within a corporate, legal, financial, or compliance-driven environment
- Financial expertise in managing departmental budgets, conducting financial analysis, and overseeing expense tracking
- Expertise in project planning, status tracking, and project delivery, with proficiency in program management tools and methodologies
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely
- Advanced knowledge of software tools such as Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet, SAP, and ServiceNow
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize data, identify trends, and recommend corrective actions
