Senior Project Manager

NewRocket is a leading ServiceNow Partner that activates real value on the Now Platform. As a Senior Project Manager, you'll lead enterprise-scale ServiceNow projects, mentor delivery teams, and ensure client success.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of business-related experience
• 5+ years in technology project or program management
• Proven success delivering large, complex enterprise projects using Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies
• Deep understanding of project economics, including cost-benefit analysis, ROI, and budget forecasting
• Experience managing ServiceNow or SaaS implementations
• Excellent facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to lead teams in a matrixed environment and adapt quickly to ambiguity and change
• Demonstrated ability to inspire and motivate cross-functional teams toward shared goals
• Attention to detail with a passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence
