Requirements
- 8-12 years of business-related experience, with 5+ years in technology Project/Program management.
- Experience in strategic planning, resource allocation, and project process monitoring.
- Strong proficiency in project management methodologies and principles.
- Demonstrated experience managing projects to success, adhering to scope, budget, and timeline.
- Broad understanding of the ServiceNow Domain.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Management or related field
- PMP certification
- Agile/SCRUM certifications (preferred)
- ServiceNow experience preferred.
