Requirements
- 3–5+ years of dedicated experience recruiting ServiceNow professionals
- Fluency in ServiceNow role definitions, certifications, and partner landscape
- Experience using Greenhouse and/or other comparable tools
- Proven success sourcing passive talent and closing candidates in a competitive market
- Comfort juggling multiple requisitions in an agile, high-growth environment
- Strong grasp of ATS tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, and modern sourcing stacks
- Polished communication skills—written, verbal, and data-driven storytelling
- Passion for inclusive hiring and a knack for making every candidate feel like a VIP
