Senior Release Engineer

Circles is seeking a Senior Release Engineer to ensure the reliable and efficient deployment of their SaaS application. This role involves end-to-end ownership of release activities, requiring strong technical expertise and stakeholder management. They prioritize shift-left practices, automation, and collaboration with development, QA, and product teams.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, or related roles
• Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines (GitLab, Jenkins, or equivalent)
• Experience with release management workflows (e.g., JIRA, ServiceNow)
• Knowledge of shift-left testing and release practices
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, OCI) and microservices architecture
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
