Navan is seeking a Senior Revenue Operations Analyst to own the integrity of their GTM data, enabling Sales, Marketing, and Revenue Operations to move more efficiently. This role involves identifying, measuring, and improving data quality, integrating third-party data, and building scalable data quality practices. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, problem-solver, and experienced in the complexities of data integration and management.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Systems, or equivalent
- 5+ years working in Strategy, Marketing Operations, or Data Quality roles
- 3+ years of experience managing 3rd party data vendors or providers
- 5+ years of experience developing complex SQL, including multi-table joins and analytical functions
- 3+ years interfacing with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms
- 3+ years managing projects end-to-end
- 3+ years experiencing data quality problems in Salesforce
