Senior Sales Analytics & Reporting Manager

ServiceNow is seeking a Senior Sales Analytics & Reporting Manager to support a rapidly growing Hyperscaler Sales Organization. This individual contributor role will be focused on providing data-driven insights, reporting, and dashboard analysis to drive sales performance and help senior leadership make strategic decisions. The ideal candidate will be a strategic partner for sales analytics, offering data-driven recommendations and maintaining a robust data set.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience performing analytics and reporting for a software sales organization.
• Demonstrated analytical expertise by managing and analyzing large datasets using Power BI and Excel.
• Proven ability to construct executive-level presentations with data and insights.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Adaptability to navigate evolving business priorities.
• Advanced Excel and Power BI skills are required.
• Experience with sales CRM systems and data is a plus.
