Senior Scrum Master (B2B)

Tecknoworks is seeking a Senior Scrum Master to lead cross-functional squads and align stakeholders to deliver high-impact, data-driven outcomes. The role requires deep familiarity with data & AI project lifecycles and experience in translating business goals into actionable plans.

Requirements

• 8–12 years of experience in a top-tier strategy or digital consultancy and hands-on product ownership in Data & AI programmes.
• Proven ability to convert Finance/Sales goals into data-platform roadmaps using Azure, Snowflake, or GCP.
• Strong working knowledge of ERP data models (SAP, Microsoft AX/365) and modern data governance/MDM practices.
• Agile-certified (Scrum Master/Product Owner) or equivalent real-world expertise.
• Proficient with JIRA, Azure DevOps, and ServiceNow workflows.
• Executive presence able to brief a boardroom in five slides or draft a JSON schema on the fly.
• Fluent English (C1) required; German, Spanish, or French is a strong plus.
• Willingness to travel approximately 20% across key European offices.
