Requirements

  • 7 years of Information Technology experience
  • Service Desk – at least 3 years
  • Supervisory role (any industry) – 5-7 years
  • Customer Service (any industry) – 5 years
  • ITIL Foundation Certification
  • Formal management training such as Capella or equivalent
  • ServiceNow experience a plus, but not mandatory
