We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior ServiceNow Platform Administrator to join our IT team. In this role, you will be responsible for the administration, configuration, maintenance, and continuous improvement of our ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 8+ years of hands-on experience administering and configuring ServiceNow in a large enterprise environment
- Proven experience with multiple ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, CSM)
- Experience with ServiceNow configuration and integrations
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (required)
- ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (preferred)
- ITIL Foundation certification (preferred)
