We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator Citizen with experience administering the ServiceNow platform and knowledge of ITSM principles. The ideal candidate will have practical knowledge of ServiceNow concepts and tools, including knowledge management, flow designer, service bridge, and notifications.
