Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer

GovCIO is hiring a Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. The position will be located in Washington, DC and is a hybrid remote position. Responsibilities include guiding ITSM strategy, planning, and service delivery, contributing to ITSM-related recommendations, designing and developing queries, reports, and dashboards, and administering ServiceNow applications.

Requirements

• Bachelor's with 8+ years of experience
• Minimum of 6 years of overall IT experience
• Minimum of 6+ years of experience as a ServiceNow developer in various roles
• Thorough knowledge of the ServiceNow System
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Jelly, HTTP, XML
• Experience in REST, SOAP services, etc
• An understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal), strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude
• US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance
