GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Administrator/Developer to support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. The position involves guiding ITSM strategy, designing ServiceNow modules, and providing additional support. The role requires a hybrid, remote position and requires US citizenship for a Top Secret Clearance.
Requirements
- US citizenship required for a Top Secret Clearance
- 6+ years of overall IT experience
- 6+ years of ServiceNow developer experience
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow System
- Understanding of ITIL and/or ITIL Certified
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Clearance required
