The Senior ServiceNow Analyst will be responsible for the development and maintenance of ServiceNow platform services, focusing on Catalog Items, CMDB health, and integrations. This role involves collaborating with various IT leadership teams and supporting the yearly upgrade/release efforts.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of ServiceNow development and platform administration
- In-depth technical knowledge of ITSM module
- In-depth technical knowledge of the ITOM module
- Experience configuring workflows based on business requirements
- Experience integrating ServiceNow with Azure Entra
- Ability to convert business/IT requirements into user-friendly Catalog Items
- Experience in designing reports to monitor KPIs and SLAs
