We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Application Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be highly self-motivated and responsible for daily interaction with business stakeholders to fully understand needs and deliver quality solutions using the ServiceNow platform.
Requirements
- Language: Business level English, spoken and written
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
- 3-5+ years of hands-on experience as a ServiceNow Developer and specialist/administrator or in a similar role
- Proficiency in ITSM modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Configuration, and Asset Management
- Working knowledge in ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge, CMDB, Service Portal), ITAM, ITOM, and PPM/SPM
- Exposure to ServiceNow platform capabilities and tools like Workspaces, Discovery, Service Mapping, and Integration Hub
- Knowledge of SSO protocols and other such technologies and standards
- Familiarity with REST/SOAP APIs and integration tools
- Knowledge of Active Directory basic architecture and objects
