They will also contribute to projects and mentor junior team members.

• Business process experience on multiple suites within ServiceNow
• Strong functional knowledge of multiple ServiceNow suites
• Experience with ServiceNow integrations
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Strong project and situational awareness
