Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst

Edgewater Federal Solutions is seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to represent stakeholders through all phases of project planning, development, and release. The role involves requirements gathering, process mapping, and translation of technical complexities for project teams. The position will be based in Washington, DC.

Requirements

• At least five years of experience performing the functions associated with this labor category
• Experience with software development lifecycles (SDLCs), including DevOps, Agile, Lean, Iterative, or Waterfall
• Strong technical foundation and knowledge of the ServiceNow platform
• Proficient analysis skill and capability to identify downstream implications
• Exceptional communication skills
• Experience leading and facilitating business process review efforts, including evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, and uncovering areas for improvement
• Excellent planning, organizational, and time management skills
• Exceptional requirements elicitation and facilitation skills
• Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
• In-depth understanding of requirements traceability
