We are seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Business Analyst to join our IT team and lead the analysis, design, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions. The role involves collaboration with stakeholders, translating requirements into technical solutions, and ensuring compliance with ITIL best practices. A strong analytical and communication skill set are essential.
Requirements
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
- Lead workshops and discovery sessions to identify process improvement opportunities.
- Work closely with ServiceNow developers and administrators.
- Serve as a liaison between business units and technical teams.
- Support testing efforts including test case creation, UAT coordination, and defect tracking.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues.
- Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and organizational standards.
- Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders.
Requirements Summary
Bachelor's degree in IT/Business Admin. 5+ years ServiceNow BA experience. ServiceNow Certified System Admin or equivalent. Strong analytical/communication skills
