Requirements
- Confirmed expertise on ServiceNow (ITSM/HR Service Delivery certifications desired)
- In-depth mastery of HRSD (Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, SAP/SuccessFactors integrations)
- Knowledge of Agile and ITIL methodologies
- Experience in designing scalable architectures (Portals, Virtual Agent, REST/SOAP integrations)
- Leadership in conducting workshops with stakeholders (HR, management, IT)
- Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences
- Pragmatism and proposal force on complex use cases
