U.S. Bank is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Catalog Engineer to develop, configure, and optimize the Service Catalog in ServiceNow. The role will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain catalog items and workflows to support seamless self-service experiences.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
- Five or more years of ServiceNow development experience.
- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Admin) Certification.
- Availability for On-Call rotation (once as primary and once as secondary) every 13 weeks.
- Availability to support production releases on Wednesday evenings, every other week.
