We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Configuration Manager with strong development and analytical skills. The role focuses on managing and configuring the ServiceNow platform, leveraging analytical expertise to resolve business challenges. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable solutions within the ServiceNow ecosystem. This is a hybrid contract position for 6 months.
Requirements
- Configure, customize, and develop ServiceNow modules.
- Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions.
- Manage ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB).
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams.

Requirements Summary
