We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Configuration Manager with development skills to manage and configure the ServiceNow platform. The role involves translating business requirements into scalable solutions, leveraging analytical expertise, and collaborating with stakeholders. The ideal candidate will translate challenges into ServiceNow solutions, and will be engaged in the ServiceNow Community.
Requirements
- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow configuration and development.
- Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API) and configuration.
- Strong knowledge of workflows, business rules, and UI policies.
- Exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with integration (REST/SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO).
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and/or Implementation Specialist certifications are highly desirable.
