We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow IRM/TPRM Configuration Specialist to support ServiceNow IRM and TPRM configuration at CVS Health. This role will focus on administering and configuring ServiceNow Integrated Risk Management (IRM) and Third Party Risk Management (TPRM) modules to meet stakeholder needs, while ensuring internal platform configuration standards are met.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience with eGRC Platforms such as SNOW GRC and Archer
- 3+ years of hands-on configuration experience with ServiceNow IRM and ServiceNow TPRM modules
- 2+ years of experience in the design, configure, and implement workflows, policies, and controls within ServiceNow GRC applications
- 2+ years of proficiency in JSON and JavaScript for scripting and occasional customization within ServiceNow
