We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow consultant to temporarily strengthen our team. The consultant will be responsible for ensuring ServiceNow is well-established for future initiatives, analyzing setup, training administrators, and providing best practice advice. This role is proactive, collaborative, and focuses on identifying areas for optimization within ServiceNow environments.
Requirements
- Analyze the current ServiceNow setup and advise on changes.
- Implement ServiceNow changes, from planning to delivery.
- Analyze business processes and translate them into ServiceNow solutions.
- Train administrators and end users in the use of ServiceNow.
- Provide ongoing monitoring and make adjustments.
- Proactively identify areas for improvement.
Requirements Summary
