This contract position is for a Senior ServiceNow Consultant to strengthen the team’s ServiceNow foundation. The role involves implementing ServiceNow solutions, analyzing business processes, training administrators, and advising on best practices. The candidate needs strong analytical and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience with ServiceNow implementations and advising organizations.
- In-depth knowledge and experience of ServiceNow modules (ITSM, CMDB, PDC).
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience with training administrators and end users.
- Proactive attitude and the ability to work independently.
- Strong collaboration skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- At least 2 days per week and preferably 3 days per week present at the office in Groningen.
Requirements Summary
5+ years ServiceNow experience, deep knowledge of ITSM/CMDB/PDC, and experience in training admins. Strong communication and collaboration skills are essential
