Senior ServiceNow Consultant-HRSD, WSD and LSD

Windward Consulting is seeking a Cleared Senior ServiceNow Implementation Engineer with experience in HRSD, WSD, and LSD to support a government agency LSD implementation. Responsibilities include advising clients on best practices, ensuring compliance, and collaborating with virtual teams.

Requirements

• 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow
• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - HRSD
• Implementation experience and comprehensive understanding of SN HRSD
• Experience working with Agile teams, methodologies, and tools in a virtual environment
• Strong proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with Government contracts and implementations
• Active Secret Security Clearance or higher is preferred
• Minimum of Legal Services Delivery Essentials training completion with experience preferred with LSD implementation
