Senior ServiceNow Consultant-HRSD, WSD and LSD

Windward Consulting is seeking a Cleared Senior ServiceNow Implementation Engineer with experience in HRSD, WSD, and LSD to support a government agency LSD implementation. The ideal candidate will have 5 years of experience implementing ServiceNow and a comprehensive understanding of SN HRSD.

Requirements

• Participate in all technical aspects of delivering complex customer solutions on the ServiceNow platform.
• Advise clients on best practice within the ServiceNow platform to create lasting value and enhanced experiences.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards (e.g., FedRAMP, DoD IL-4/IL-5)
• Collaborate with virtual functional teams and lead technical solution design sessions to achieve project goals and produce a variety of high-quality deliverables.
• Contribute on multiple Agile engagements, utilizing the Windward methodology and tools to enhance project efficiency.
• Demonstrate flexibility by delivering on a variety of project roles; including documentation, testing, and training.
• Innovate and identify solutions that can be reused on future engagements.
• Proactively keep ServiceNow skills current and contribute to Windward thought leadership.
