Guidehouse is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to help clients in the Federal Government transform business processes and improve efficiency. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of ServiceNow experience and expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM.

Requirements

  • Must be able to obtain and maintain a Federal or DoD "SECRET" security clearance
  • Minimum 5 years of ServiceNow experience supported by ServiceNow certifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or related field
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expertise in ServiceNow Modules such as GRC, SPM, and ITSM
  • Experience with web services integration, specifically Mid-Server, SOAP, and REST
  • Strong experience with scripting (JavaScript, Glide, AngularJS), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub
  • Experience with Software Development Lifecycle methodologies, deliverables, and controls
  • Experience working in an Agile environment
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and establish rapport with a diverse array of people at all levels
  • Ability to self-direct, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks and demands
  • Heightened attention to detail when developing technical solutions
