Provides tool or process solutioning recommendations to customer, configures and develops on the VAs instance of ServiceNow, and participates in Continual Service Improvement activities.

- Minimum 7 years hands-on experience developing, maintaining, and administering one or more ServiceNow instances
- Familiarity with LAN rev or comparable lifecycle management platform
- Bachelor's degree in Technical or Business field
- Excellent knowledge of ServiceNow Best Practices and latest ServiceNow features
- Managed Services environment experience
- Configuration management and ITIL knowledge
- Experience designing ServiceNow architecture, data designs, or overall solution architecture implementer on a mature installation
- Service management processes, procedures, and software knowledge, including ServiceNow
- ServiceNow configuration and deployment experience
- Effective collaboration with other engineers remotely
- Self-motivated and able to work autonomously
