Requirements
- US Citizenship
- 4+ years of ServiceNow platform experience
- 5+ years of client-facing professional consulting experience (preferably ServiceNow)
- Demonstrated experience with Agile methodology (Sprint planning, story splitting, development logic)
- Experience with estimating technical work and coaching resources
- Experience with code migration and defect remediation
- Passionate about advising customers on ServiceNow and continuous learning
