Senior / ServiceNow Developer

Next Technology is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the core team supporting all of the company's employees across all platforms. The role involves delivering and maintaining new ServiceNow functionality, testing and deploying changes, and providing technical guidance to junior developers. This is a critical role for IT infrastructure and ongoing platform enhancement.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience in developing the ServiceNow platform.
• Hands-on implementation experience in ITSM, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, Predictive Intelligence, or other areas.
• Experience developing/customizing Workspaces.
• Good knowledge of platform best practices, table structures, security rules, and client and server-side scripting.
• Knowledge of JavaScript, ServiceNow Glide classes, AJAX, and XML.
• Experience in Service Portal development (HTML, CSS, AngularJS, Bootstrap).
• System integration experience using inbound and outbound web services (REST, SOAP).
• Effective communication at all levels of the business.
