Senior ServiceNow Developer

EY GDS Poland is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join a global client consultancy and implement, configure, and maintain NowPlatform. The role involves both technical development and leading a team, working with all modules of the ServiceNow platform. The candidate will be part of EY as a Global Elite ServiceNow partner, leveraging EY’s resources and expertise.

Requirements

• At least 4+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
• Experience in product customizations, integrations, implementation or maintenance
• Experience in project activities as a ServiceNow Technical Lead in Integrated Risk Management (GRC)
• Demonstrated experience with at least two programming languages (JavaScript, C#, Java or others)
• Lead the technical design and implementation of the ServiceNow modules, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational standards
• Oversee the customization and configuration of the ServiceNow platform to meet specific requirements
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure that solutions meet business needs
• Implement best practices for testing and quality assurance to ensure that all solutions are robust, scalable, and maintainable
• Monitor system performance and usage metrics, making recommendations for improvements and optimizations
