ALTEN is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer/Architect to develop secure and scalable ServiceNow architectures, implement and maintain complex ServiceNow modules, and optimize the ServiceNow platform in line with ITIL best practices.
Requirements
- Completed degree in computer science or comparable qualification in the IT sector
- Relevant professional experience as a ServiceNow developer and/or architect in complex corporate environments
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL processes, ServiceNow best practices, and interface architectures
