Senior ServiceNow Developer

Join our ServiceNow Team as a Senior ServiceNow Developer. Develop and customize ServiceNow applications and modules, including IT Service Management (ITSM), Customer Service Management (CSM), and Hardware Asset Management Professional (HAM Pro).

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or STEM Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math)
• Minimum 7+ years working on the ServiceNow platform
• Experience in developing and enhancing ITSM, CSM, and HAM Pro modules
• Familiarity with web services, APIs, and mobile application design
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and customization
• Strong understanding of ITIL Framework and best practices in ITSM, CSM, and HAM Pro
• Experience with architecture of physical and virtual assets in HAM Pro, including stockrooms, asset health dashboards, and hardware asset mobile agents
• Solid experience with ServiceNow Flow Designer, ATF, and scripting (XML, JavaScript, Glide API, UI Actions, Business Rules, Client Scripts)
• Certified in ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for CSM (CIS-CSM), ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for HAM (CIS-HAM)
