Requirements

  • Demonstrable experience in developing the ServiceNow platform
  • Hands-on implementation experience in at least one of the following areas: ITSM, Customer Service Management, Integrated Risk Management, Predictive Intelligence/Task Intelligence, Performance Analytics, Virtual Agent and NLU
  • Experience with developing/customising Workspaces
  • Effective communicator at all levels of the business
  • Proven capabilities in managing enterprise level platforms
