Senior ServiceNow Engineer

Dropbox is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the design, building, and maintenance of their enterprise service management platform. This role focuses on creating advanced workflows, implementing integrations, and expanding ServiceNow capabilities across various modules like HR, Procurement, and Legal. The ideal candidate will have experience developing configurations, mentoring junior engineers, and influencing architectural direction.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience
• 7+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development, administration, and configuration
• Strong collaboration and leadership skills
• Advanced proficiency in JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting
• Expert knowledge of ServiceNow modules including Service Catalog, Incident, Change, Knowledge, Workflow, and Orchestration
• Proven track record of delivering enterprise integrations
