The Senior ServiceNow Engineer will be responsible for the design, implementation, and management of ServiceNow solutions, focusing on IT Service Management (ITSM), IT Operations Management (ITOM), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), Security Operations (SecOps), Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Customer Service Management (CSM).
Requirements
- High diploma or GED equivalent
- 5 or more years of experience with ServiceNow, including ITSM, ITIL, ITOM, GRC, and Service Mapping
- 6 or more years of overall IT experience
- 5 or more years of hands-on ServiceNow experience in configuration, scripting, and development
- Strong background in ITIL, automation, and cloud environments (AWS and Azure)
- Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
- Proven experience in designing and implementing ITOM solutions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
