Senior ServiceNow Engineer

DTCC is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to join their IT group, focusing on innovation in financial markets. Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in software testing/development
• 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow platform
• Strong proficiency in ServiceNow development and scripting, including JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, Catalog Scripts, and Integration Hub
• Expertise in automation and testing tools, such as ServiceNow ATF, Selenium, Postman, Rest Assured, and SOAP UI.
• Hands-on experience with API testing for ServiceNow integrations
• Skilled in ServiceNow upgrade lifecycle, patch testing, update set migration, and defect management.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps automation.
