GovCIO is seeking a Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Tools Support Specialist to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This role is critical for mission-critical systems enhancing national security and operational efficiency. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing ServiceNow and enterprise IT tools, including Tier II/III support, system integration, workflow automation, and service optimization. The position will be hybrid remote.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience.
  • 6+ years of experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Proficient in enterprise monitoring/endpoint management tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks.
  • Scripting skills in JavaScript or PowerShell.
  • Experience supporting IT environments within the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) or other federal agencies.
  • US citizenship is required (top secret clearance attainment).
  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer certification preferred.
