Senior ServiceNow Enterprise Tools Support Specialist

GovCIO is seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist to support the USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This role involves system integration, automation, workflow optimization, and service maintenance within a mission-critical environment. The position requires substantial experience in ServiceNow administration and tier II/III support, and a hybrid remote work arrangement is expected.

Requirements

• 6+ years of hands-on ServiceNow administration and development experience
• Proficient in enterprise monitoring or endpoint management tools (e.g., Splunk, SCCM)
• Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices
• Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and REST/SOAP APIs
• US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance
