GovCIO is seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow and Enterprise Tools Support Specialist to support their USSS Network Operations and Security Center (NOSC) proposal. This role involves managing ServiceNow and enterprise IT tools, providing Tier II/III support, system integration, workflow automation, and service optimization. The position requires extensive experience in ServiceNow administration and automation. It is a hybrid remote position.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow administration and development.
  • Proficient in one or more enterprise monitoring or endpoint management tools.
  • Strong understanding of ITIL frameworks and best practices.
  • Experience with scripting languages (JavaScript, PowerShell) and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • US citizenship is required to acquire a Top Secret Clearance.
  • Active ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Developer Certification preferred.
