Solution Architect, ServiceNow CMDB, Googler Technology and Engineering

This role focuses on designing, implementing, and governing the ServiceNow CMDB architecture and data governance. The solution architect will ensure data integrity, reliability, and effectiveness of configuration data, supporting key business outcomes across the organization. This positions you to manage enterprise CMDB by ensuring its alignment with the Common Service Data Model (CSDM) framework.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or related field.
• 12 years of IT experience.
• 5 years of ServiceNow CMDB design and implementation experience.
• Experience in data modeling, normalization, and reconciliation techniques.
• Experience with the ServiceNow platform, including CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping, and IntegrationHub.
