Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist-Clearance Required

LMI is seeking a skilled Senior ServiceNow Implementation Specialist for a Federal DoD client to deliver the full implementation life cycle of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments. The successful candidate will demonstrate competency in ServiceNow, requirements analysis, critical thinking, and business growth while upholding the highest standard of ethical behavior.

Requirements

• Deliver the full implementation life cycle to support the deployment of ServiceNow modules into complex client environments
• Work with Agile teams and methodologies in a virtual environment
• Provide technical expertise on all technical questions related to assigned implementation on the ServiceNow platform
• Implement ServiceNow modules for multiple customers
• Create and manage business rules, UI actions, workflows, reports, dashboards, user portals and workspaces
