Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Experience working with ServiceNow ITOM functions and tools
- Certifications in ServiceNow ITOM space like discovery, service mapping etc.
- Experience working with company products and services
- Experience working with company and client documentation and ServiceNow ITOM Management procedures
